Since I first stood up in front of a room of over 200 of my work colleagues at Boots at the age of 21, I have had the buzz from speaking to audiences.
In the last 30 years I have been blessed to experience many different roles, met 1000's of amazing and inspirational people and coached and mentored some crazy entrepreneurs and brilliantly high performing teams.
What do I offer to business owners and event organisers?
1. Interactive and motivational speeches to audiences about Leadership, Culture change and High Performance based on the last 30 years.
2. Facilitate Full and Half Day Sessions working with teams (at all levels) to affect changes in communication, culture, values development, restructuring and teaching Leaders to be coaches.

I am a retained Part Time lecturer and mentor at the Nottingham Trent Business School, with specific focus on Masters courses on Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
