Service Description
Step into your full potential as a business leader with the Executive Coaching Program. Our tailored coaching approach delivers practical solutions to help you effectively manage your business and your team, all while driving sales and maximising profits. Unleash your leadership potential and take your business to new heights with our expert guidance. The program runs for a minimum of 6 months, where you will receive 6 x One to One coaching sessions (lasting 60 minutes) with Ian as well as ongoing support and mentoring between sessions (up to a further 4 hours).
Cancellation Policy
Bookings will be made directly with Ian Baker and not through any agents or third parties. Once the client has agreed to undertake the Executive Coaching Program 50% of the agreed fee will be paid in advance (5 days prior to starting) with 50% paid at 90 days from commencement. Failure to attend any of the One to One sessions with at least 10 days notice will not be rescheduled and that hour will be lost. Clients will be allocated a total of 10 hours of coaching and mentoring in total per 6 months. Additional hours can be purchased separately. Cancellation of the Program forfeits any money paid and you may be liable for the full amount. Cancellation up to 30 days prior to commencement will not be charged, thereafter Ian Baker Coaching Ltd reserves the right to charge a minimum of 50% of the agreed fee.
